Jack Morrison
JM Group
Jack Morrison and his wife Debbie moved to Princeton in 1981 as a midway solution for the couple who worked in Philadelphia and New York respectively.  In 1982, Jack opened Nassau Street Seafood and had the opportunity to purchase the building in 1983.  Over the next 32 years, Morrison opened the Blue Point Grill, the Witherspoon Grill and founded the Princeton Farmers' Market.  During that same period of time, Morrison built a portfolio of commercial and residential properties, primarily in Princeton, with the most recent additions being 25 Spring Street, a 56 unit mixed use project, and 252 Nassau Street which is the new home of Tiger Labs.
Judson Henderson

At the age of eighteen when most people were trying to cling to those last days of high school, Jud was busy getting licensed as a real estate salesperson. Ten years later he upgraded that original license to become a broker associate with the Princeton Real Estate Group, later serving as Broker of Record for Henderson Sotheby's International Realty, and now a Managing Member of Callaway Henderson Sotheby's International Realty.  Jud is happily doing what he does best - helping people make smart real estate decisions, both residential and commercial.

Joshua Zinder
Founder and Principal

Joshua Zinder, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C, is the founder and principal of JZA+D. His 20-plus years of professional experience working for many design firms includes six years as an Associate with Michael Graves & Associates. In 2006, he opened his own practice to pursue contemporary and sustainably responsible design.  Since then, he has designed projects both locally and worldwide.  In particular, he has designed spaces for several Princeton Merchants Association members, including Pristine Concierge, La Mezzaluna, Despana, and Heartland Payment Systems offices.  In 2013, he was named AIA-NJ Architect of the Year.

David G. Germakian
Development Manager
EDENS, Princeton Shopping Center
As Development Manager, David Germakian manages various acquisitions, development and redevelopment projects at EDENS. Since joining in 2007, Germakian has played a critical role in the development of The Shops at Stonefield in Charlottesville, Virginia and Mosaic in Fairfax County, Virginia, which recently won an ICSC award of merit. He is currently managing two grocery-anchored neighborhood centers in Princeton and Closter, New Jersey. EDENS develops, owns and operates retail and retail-driven centers in primary markets throughout the East Coast.
David Newton
Vice President
Palmer Square Management, LLC
As Vice President, David Newton has managed Palmer Square since 1995.  The 500,000 square foot complex encompassing most of the downtown Princeton commercial space includes upscale retail space, class "A" office space, two multi-level parking garages and 228 existing residential units.  During the period of his management, Palmer Square has been above 90% occupied and net operating income has increased 2 ½ times. Today, it is considered one of the finest examples of downtown mixed use development.  Born in London, England, David proudly calls Princeton, NJ his home.

Peter Dodds
Morford & Dodds Realty
Peter Dodds has been active in the Princeton area commercial real estate industry for the past thirty years. He is a founding partner of Morford & Dodds Realty as well as the President of the affiliated commercial property management firm of Keller Property Management.  His experience includes completing transactions for major clients such as The Trustees of Princeton University and Saul Ewing, LLP.  During Mr. Dodds' career he has successfully represented both landlords and tenants in purchase and lease negotiations for over five million square feet of transactions.  He also currently serves as a member on the Board of Trustees for McCarter Theatre.

Jack West

As the Land Use Engineer for Princeton, NJ, Jack is also the Planning and Zoning Board Engineer. Some of his responsibilities include reviewing and approving all development applications and site plans for compliance. Jack has served as the Borough of Princeton Engineer since 2011 overseeing plan and construction supervision of public projects including roads, recreation, Public Works, Zoning, Historic Preservation and Affordable Housing.
