FESTOMATO | A Celebration of New Jersey Organic Tomatoes

Presented by The Princeton Public Library and The Northeast Organic Farming Association of New Jersey.

Learn more about organic food and the challenges facing organic farmers at a gathering to celebrate the crown jewel of New Jersey-grown produce. This event will be held at Hinds Plaza, rain or shine!

Come sample more than 50 varieties of organic tomatoes from local farms including Chickadee Creek Farm, the Muth Family Farm, Abe’s Acres Farm, Cherry Grove Farm and Cherry Valley Co-Op Farm.

Participating restaurants, including Arlee’s Raw Blends, The Bent Spoon, Jammin’ Crepes, Jules Thin Crust Pizza, Lillipies, Terra Momo Restaurant Group, Tico’s Eatery and Juice Bar, Tortuga’s Mexican Village, Witherspoon Grill, Local Greek and Triumph Brewery, will offer a wide variety of ways to prepare and enjoy tomatoes.

Co-sponsored by Princeton Studies Food and McCaffrey’s Food Market with funding from the library’s Princeton Environmental Film Festival and the Whole Earth Center of Princeton.
