April General Membership Meeting - 4/21/15

"It’s All About Community"

Guest speaker: Jeffrey Vega, President and CEO of the Princeton Area Community Foundation.

Please join us for a very special presentation and round table discussion about Community Benefit Organizations (also referred to as nonprofits). Our featured speaker will be Jeffrey Vega, President and CEO of the Princeton Area Community Foundation. Mr. Vega’s presentation will be followed by a round table discussion with Leslie Berger, Director of the Princeton Public Library; Kristin Appelget, Princeton University Director of Community Affairs; Elizabeth Casparian, Executive Director of HiTOPs; Jeff Nathanson, Executive Director of the Arts Council of Princeton.

You may ask, why is this program relevant for me? We will discuss the impact of community organizations on customers, employees and neighboring merchants, looking at success by the effective delivery of mission-related services instead of the bottom line. Find out how we can all work together to make Princeton a better place to live and work.
