Judson Henderson

At the age of eighteen when most people were trying to cling to those last days of high school, Jud was busy getting licensed as a real estate salesperson. Ten years later he upgraded that original license to become a broker associate with the Princeton Real Estate Group, later serving as Broker of Record for Henderson Sotheby's International Realty, and now a Managing Member of Callaway Henderson Sotheby's International Realty.  Jud is happily doing what he does best - helping people make smart real estate decisions, both residential and commercial.

Peter Dodds

Principal, Morford & Dodds Realty

Peter Dodds has been active in the Princeton area commercial real estate industry for the past thirty two years. He is a founding partner of Morford & Dodds Realty as well as the President of the affiliated commercial property management firm of Keller Property Management. His experience includes completing transactions for major clients such as The Trustees of Princeton University and Saul Ewing, LLP. During Mr. Dodds' career he has successfully represented both landlords and tenants in purchase and lease negotiations for over five million square feet of transactions. He also currently serves as a member on the Board of Trustees for McCarter Theatre.

Joshua Zinder

Founder and Principal, JZA+D

Joshua Zinder founded the firm Joshua Zinder Architecture + Design in 2006, as a full service architecture and interior design firm bringing a unique, contemporary style to every project. The AIA of New Jersey named Joshua Zinder as Architect of the year in 2013, and selected JZA+D as 2014 Firm of the Year. JZA+D’s diverse design portfolio includes high-end commercial space, gourmet restaurants, educational institutions, private homes and government/municipal facilities. Josh served on the board of the Princeton Merchants Association, the Jewish Center of Princeton and is currently Vice President of the New Jersey state chapter of the American Institute of Architects.

Rich Gittleman

Rich Gittleman Real Estate

Upon graduating from Tufts University, Rich embarked on a career in real estate with Joseph Hilton & Associates, where he spent 14 years providing regional real estate services to national and global companies. Focusing on the Princeton regional market Rich moved to Julien Studley Inc., a renowned national real estate firm, and opened and managed their Princeton office.

In 2006 Rich started Triad Properties LLC, continuing to provide real estate services to his portfolio of clients. In 2014, Rich joined King Realty where he was instrumental in several local property deals. Today Rich is CEO of Rich Gittleman Real Estate and in addition, manages 20 Nassau Street Properties.

Rich is a PMA board member and has volunteered his time and skills to numerous non-profit institutions including March of Dimes and Princeton Community Housing. He has lived in Princeton for over 30 years with his wife and two wonderful daughters.

Derek Bridger

Zoning Officer, Town of Princeton

As the Zoning Officer for Princeton, NJ, Derek is an integral part of the application process for any commercial or residential development in Princeton. Derek has served Princeton in a variety of roles since 2001 and continues to be the go-to person at town hall, as the arbiter for the zoning process and an advocate for the development community.
