What began as my Dutch mother-in-law’s original Artisanal Rosemary Shortbread recipe has evolved into three varieties—and more to come—of a “sophisticated,” “irresistible” and “perfect” cookie! Since I began baking this shortbread bar, I have been on a quest to share with everyone how simple, pure and all-natural ingredients can blend with fresh herbs and spices to create a sublime experience!
